SHIPPING
Orders in Sweden will be delivered within 2-4 days, and orders to Europe delivered with UPS within 5 - 7 business days. Orders outside of Europe will be delivered with UPS with a delivery time of 5-10 business days. In the case of IAYS not being able to deliver within the agreed time, the customer will be informed promptly of the reasons for the delay. Please note, if you choose to use any on-forwarding companies to complete your delivery (including but not limited to having your parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place), IAYS shall not be held liable for any items that are lost, damaged, or delayed once the order has been delivered to the address as stated on your invoice.
Shipping within Sweden
IAYS offers free shipping on all orders within Sweden. Your order will be sent with PotsNord or DHL to your closest service point. Notification will be sent via e-mail or SMS.
International shipping
International orders are shipped with UPS or DHL Express and are delivered to the address specified at checkout.
  • Shipping within the EU, the UK, the US, Canada, Norway, and Switzerland: Free shipping
  • Shipping to the rest of the world: 25 € (EUR)
For orders outside of the EU, local taxes and duties may apply. Please contact your local customs institution for more information. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes and IAYS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
Unclaimed shipments
It is your responsibility to collect the package at the delivery point within the time stated on the notice. To cover costs, IAYS charges -300 SEK/30 EUR for any shipped unclaimed orders. If you have ordered an item and changed your mind after having it picked up, you may return the package to us and be refunded for the returned item. You will however cover the return shipping cost.

 

RETURNS
You are welcome to return items for a refund (beginning on the day you receive your item). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all hang tags still attached. Please note that the original packaging is counted as part of the product. Be careful when you try on the products at home, some are especially fragile. Any impairments will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its condition in any way.

 

Refund

Once the return is received back at our warehouse in its original condition and approved for refund, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The transfer will be credited to the original purchaser, with the same payment method as was used when placing the order within 7 Business Days. Please note that the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund total per our return policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, please return it by the steps stated in the return form attached to your delivery and place a new order at iamyoursister.com.

COMPLAINTS IN CERTAIN CASES
If you have received a damaged product or were sent the wrong item, please make your complaint about the goods promptly. A damaged or wrongly sent product must be returned in the same packaging along with a detailed description of the fault. If we are not able to send a new product to you within a reasonable time, you will get a reimbursement of the return freight charge together with the amount you have paid for the damaged or wrongly delivered product. Complaints should be done by sending an email to info@studiowms.com.
